Shipping Policy:
- Domestic (India): Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- International: Delivery within 7-15 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email/mobile.
Refund & Returns:
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and Personal Care products, we do not accept returns once the product seal is broken.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
